Military: mutiny - court martial at Chatham on 17 July of 12 sailors on the "Raisonable", commanded by Mord Hervey. Ship at Spithead with orders to go to Chatham to be paid off. Initially the ship's company refused & declared they would carry the ship themselves into Portsmouth to be paid off.
