Crime: ## gang of gypsies (7 men, 8 women) with tents pitched for some time on land of Farmer Toghill nr Lansdown, attacked him. When his servants came to his assistance, fierce battle ensued, women & mastiff dog fought desperately. Gang retreated on arrival of reinforcements.
