Agriculture: good yield of wheat in Home counties equiv to that of 1791. Barley better than expected. Pulses good quality but low yield. Oats & rye yields reduced 50% by dry season. Late showers have improved clover, not turnip growth. Lean stock expensive. Hogs scarce & expensive.
